Feeling discouraged by her conservative Nigerian father who wants her to think more practically about her future, she turns to her tennis coach for the support she desperately desires. Though her best friend and teammate Mariana warns against it, Anya finds herself emotionally smitten by the coach and is soon swooped into a relationship she isn’t ready for.
