Out-site Links

As an admin, attempting to create "internal-links" (via Chooser) which point to other Sites, outside UIT, such as the _UH Web Site, CLASS, Pharmacy. Hoping to compare these to how Internal Links to pages inside UIT are rendered on the same page.
