Hello Heart is offered to HealthSelect of Texas® and Consumer Directed HealthSelectSM medical plan participants at no additional cost and includes a free Hello Heart blood pressure monitor that pairs directly with your smartphone. Participants with a history of high blood pressure and cardiovascular disease may benefit from this program.
