Nahua Healing in Spanish Colonial Times

On October 9 at 4:30 PM, you are invited to hear Dr. Edward Polanco give a public lecture, Tiçiyotl in Mexico: Nahua Healing in Spanish Colonial Times. The event will take place in the Honors Commons on the second floor of the MD Anderson Library at the University of Houston. Refreshments will be served. Copies of Dr. Polanco’s new book will be available for purchase. Dr. Polanco is currently Director of Indigenous Studies and Assistant Professor of History at Virginia Tech.

This event is free and open to the public.
