Reporting Sexual Misconduct
UH encourages individuals who have experienced sexual misconduct to seek support services. In addition, all responsible employees are required by UHS policy and state law to report incidents of sexual misconduct.

Reporting Discrimination and Harassment
If you feel that you have been discriminated against on the basis of your race, color, national origin, religion, age (40+), sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, disability status, genetic information, or veteran status, please contact EOS. Individuals may also file reports through the Fraud & Non-Compliance Hotline by phone at 1-800-461-9330 or online. The Fraud & Non-Compliance Hotline offers an anonymous reporting option.
