Nathalie Lebrun, M.A., CCC-SLP, is a clinical educator and private practice owner
with extensive experience in supporting neurodivergent adolescents and young adults
as they transition into adulthood. She previously led the Speech-Language Pathology
department in Humble ISD, where she guided a team of over 70 clinicians, created innovative
practices during the COVID-19 pandemic, and improved student outcomes through collaborative
leadership. She is a sought-after speaker, presenting professional development workshops
for school districts as well as sessions at state and national conferences. Nathalie
has been recognized nationally as an American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
Innovator and is dedicatedto advancing the role of Speech Language Pathology in fostering
independence, confidence, and meaningful participation in all life stages. She serves
as a volunteer leader with the Texas Speech-Language-Hearing Association (TSHA) and
co-hosts the LeadSpeak: School-Based SLP Leadership Podcast.
