The CSS Production Support team supports the day-to-day functionality of the University of Houston System student information system (PeopleSoft Campus Solutions) and other third-party systems and or feeds. 

We collaborate with new functionality analysts, central security, enterprise systems, and business owners as needed to resolve escalated issues that cannot be resolved at the individual campus level. We are also responsible for testing Oracle's images and regulatory releases.
