The Campus Solutions Services (CSS) Project Management Office (PMO) provides strategic-level project oversight and reporting to ensure alignment with the mission, vision, and strategic goals of the University of Houston System and the Division.

The PMO collaborates with the assistant vice provost for Campus Solutions Services on strategic planning, establishing and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs), division reporting, special projects, and executive initiatives. 

PMO Vision: To cultivate a community of practice that delivers strategic value to internal and external stakeholders at a departmental, university, local, state, and national level.
