Student At-Large Member Application
The Cougar Card Advisory Committee (CCAC) is searching for 1 residential student and 1 commuter student to serve as an at-large member for a two-year term. The thirteen (13) member committee includes students, faculty, and staff.
This committee serves in an advisory capacity to the Senior Vice President for Administration and Finance, the Senior Associate Vice President for Administration, and the Executive Director for University Services on matters regarding the Cougar Card program.
The Cougar Card Advisory Committee (CCAC) will work proactively with various constituent groups, to ensure there is support for future Cougar Card operational plans, new program initiatives, and other concerns which involve customer satisfaction, quality, and the provision of related services.
The base purpose of the committee includes the following:
- To serve as a conduit for the exchange of information and ideas between the University communities represented by the membership of the committee on matters pertaining to Cougar Card fees, hours of operations, and card functionality.
- To participate as needed or directed in ad hoc or selection committee activities and to provide input and advice pertinent to the services offered by the Cougar Card program.

*The committee meets the fourth Friday of every month for approximately 1 hour.

*Applicants interested in serving for this 2 year term must have a graduation date of May 2023 or later. The Cougar Card Advisory Committee is active during both the fall and spring semesters.
