Your Cougar Card is the official ID for the University of Houston and the key to your life on campus!
THE UNIVERSITY OF HOUSTON IS A MOBILE-FIRST CAMPUS
The mobile Cougar Card gives students, faculty, staff and approved affiliates seamless
access to campus resources and services through their iPhone, Android and Apple watch
without carrying a physical card.
Getting Started
1. Review the photo requirements and complete the online photo submission in AccessUH through the Cougar Card Connect portal.

Allow 24-48 business hours (Monday-Friday) for your photo to be reviewed. |

Once your photo submission is reviewed, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your photo has been approved or denied. |
2. Once your online photo submission is approved, it’s time to activate your mobile Cougar Card.
