In collaboration with leading Texas Medical Center institutions and other organizations, UH College of Pharmacy currently offers four Pharmacy Residency and Fellowship programs in Houston:
PGY-1 Community Residency with Walgreens (1 Year Program)
PGY-2 Infectious Diseases Pharmacotherapy Residency with Cardinal Health Pharmacy Services and CHI St. Luke's Health-Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center (1 Year Program)
PGY-2 HIV Ambulatory Care/Clinical Pharmacogenetics Residency with Therapeutic Concepts and Texas Children's Hospital (1 Year Program)
Infectious Diseases Pharmacy Fellowship with CHI St. Luke's Health-Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center (2 Year Program)
MS Pharmacy Leadership and Administration, part of the Houston Program in Health-system Pharmacy Administration (2 Year Program)
All programs are based within the Texas Medical Center and affiliated sites in the greater Houston area.
