We are writing to notify you that COA's Administration and Management Standards for both Private Organizations and Public Agencies are now posted for your review and comment, at:

Your input will help shape the draft standards before they are field tested and published later this year.  As such, you ensure that the new standards are relevant, responsive to the needs of those to whom you provide services, and set the bar for sound management and effective service delivery practice.  Accordingly, we encourage you to tell us what you think.

Please keep in mind that the draft standards for Child and Family Services, Behavioral Health Care Services, Administrative Service Delivery, Adult and Community Services, and Residential Services are still available for comment.
