Forms and Templates

The following forms are used in the purchasing process.   

Construction Templates

The construction templates will be used for facilities related projects (e.g. Building Construction, Demolition, Renovation/Repairs, Flatwork, Roof, etc.) 

Goods & Services Templates

The non-construction templates will be used for all other projects that are not related to Facilities Construction, Demolition, and Renovation projects (e.g. custodial, snack vending, etc.). 

Miscellaneous Forms

These are the forms you will use as your procurement method or to accompany your request depending on the project and dollar threshold (e.g. Sole Source Justification, Nepotism, No Boycott, Summary for Purchases Greater than $100K, etc.).
