Interview Day
Applicants who have met the academic admission requirements of the Traditional BSN degree are invited to Interview Day.
Interview Day Overview
Interview Day is either a half day event held at the UH Katy campus and starts promptly at 8am.
Applicants will sign in and pick up a name tag. All applicants will be assigned a letter and number (example: B23); the letter and number will be printed on their name tag and that is how students will be identified throughout the day.
The purpose of Interview Day is to see and hear directly from applicants why they want to become nurses. Applicants will be assigned to a group (A, B, C, D) and will move through different sessions that will test applicants’ soft skills.
After the event, all applicants will be evaluated on their skills and applicants will receive an email with the results.
