To help you master Microsoft Teams or Genesys, we have one-on-one training, hands-on group training and lecture-based sessions. To request training, send email to unifiedcommunications@uh.edu.

One-on-One Training: Our trainer will go over the finer points of Microsoft Teams or Genesys and answer all of your questions without you ever leaving your desk. We bring the training to you!

Lecture-based Training: You provide a projector, a screen and a room. We'll provide a one-hour Microsoft Teams or Genesys overview and demonstration.

Other Training available through LinkedIn Learning: Log into Access UH and select the LinkedIn Learning icon to log in with your cougarnet credentials and search for Microsoft Teams.

Hands-on Group Training: Hands-on training is available for your group. Each session lasts 1 hour and covers:
