Microsoft 365 exchange email is available to all UH faculty, staff and students and contains the following features:

Mailbox Features:

• 99 GB quota
• 35 MB message size limit including attachments
• Voice mail transcription
• 1.5 TB online archive (available by request)

Login into Microsoft 365 to access your email: 

• Login to Microsoft 365 
• UserID:  CougarNetID@cougarnet.uh.edu
• Password:  Cougarnet Password

•  Login to AccessUH and click Microsoft 365
