DBA On-Call Schedule - Feb 2018 - Apr 2018
Instructions:
Send a high priority email to the primary DBA on call. If no response within 15 minutes, call the primary on their cell phone. Still no response, repeat the same process for the secondary.
If no response within 15 minutes from the primary or the secondary, call the manager: Jitender Kumar.
During non-business hours, call DBA at their cell number first, if no immediate response, then call their home phone number.
** NOTE: If you are a student with a problem (registration, financial aid, etc.) the people listed here CANNOT help you as they do not have access to the applications. Please call the help desk at 713.743.1411 **
