The HR Business Partners are HR professionals who work closely with an organization's senior leaders in order to develop an HR agenda that closely supports the overall strategic goals of the University of Houston. They are also committed to providing direction and guidance to all levels of the divisional units by analyzing, recommending, developing, and administering HR programs, plans, and procedures in a consistent manger. This also includes advising and collaborating with both management and staff regarding resolution of various issues/concerns; and coordinating all activities related to fair employment practices, laws, and regulations.
