Benefit Highlight: What is Naturally Slim?

Learn how to lose weight and improve your health while eating the foods you love. The Naturally Slim program doesn’t include starving, counting calories, or eating diet food. It’s an online program that helps you learn how to eat and manage your weight in a way that reduces your chance of getting a serious disease and increases your chances of living a longer, healthier life. It is available at no cost to eligible employees, spouses and dependents 18 and older enrolled in HealthSelectSM of Texas or Consumer Directed HealthSelectSM, who have a BMI of 23 or higher.

Yoga with Campus Recreation

Yoga is the practice of moving through asanas, or postures, often practiced alone for fitness or combined with meditation to calm and center the mind. This practice is beneficial for reducing stress and anxiety as well as building strength and flexibility.

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice, where poses are held for long periods of time, to create more freedom and stability in joints, bones and connective tissue.
