What does Homecoming mean to you?

"Homecoming at the University of Houston will always hold a special place in my heart. As the 2016 Homecoming King, I had the incredible honor of representing our university and being a part of a tradition that celebrates not only our school spirit, but also the sense of community that defines our campus. Homecoming, to me, is more than just a football game and week of festivities. It is a reminder of the friendships formed, the late-night study sessions, and the professors who shaped our academic journey. A time when alumni, current students, faculty, and the entire UH and Third Ward community come together to celebrate our shared history and collective future."
