Mental Health Resources
Faculty are on the frontline assisting and supporting our students. Your work goes beyond the classroom and office hours. The FED recognizes that as we support you with the work-life balance we also need skills and resources to help you and your students in the classroom when faced with those who appear to be struggling emotionally and mentally.
Throughout the year the FED conducts professional development in collaboration with CAPS, UH Wellness, and Student Services. Here are a few resources regarding mental health at UH and in our collaborative communities.
