The Preventive Maintenance Team (PM) is responsible for providing top-level preventive maintenance to the entire University of Houston campus including Technology Bridge, Coastal Center, UH Sugar Land, and UH Katy.

We provide preventive maintenance of the following equipment:

• Lab Compressed Air, Building Vacuum Systems
  and Standard Building Pneumatic Air
• HVAC Systems
• Submersible Pumps
• Domestic, Hot and Chilled Water Pumps
• Condensation Systems
• Comfort Heating Systems
• Domestic Cold and Hot Water Systems
• Building Automation Systems

Completing preventive maintenance on these systems and equipment helps save time and energy in the long-run by helping to lessen unplanned downtime from equipment failure.
