Effective December 1, 2019, lost keys will no longer be reported to UHPD. A Lost or Stolen Key Report form will need to be filled out and delivered to Key Access Services. Stolen Keys will continue to be reported to UHPD to obtain a case number prior to filling out the Lost or Stolen Key Report form.
Effective September 1, 2013, the non-refundable fee of $10.00 (per key) covers the cost of labor and materials associated in issuing any key requested, including; door, sub-master, security, mechanical and desk keys. Please note, the $10.00 flat rate is a service fee and any keys issued should continue to be returned to the Facilities Service Center once the key/access is no longer needed. The price has changed to ensure proper cost recovery and will be the same regardless of key type.
Payments with a credit card or department cost center are accepted.
