HHP Graduate Students Win Research Experience Scholarship to Study Cancer Prevention

HHP graduate students Nadia Agha and Rachel Graff have won the highly competitive National Cancer Institute R25E Summer Research Experience in The University of Texas MD Anderson’s Cancer Prevention Research Training Program. Nadia and Rachel will work this summer, under the guidance of a faculty mentor, at the MD Anderson Cancer Center. In addition they will collaborate on an independent research project.

The Cancer Prevention Research Training Program (CPRTP) summer research experience is designed for undergraduate, graduate, and health professional students and provides mentored research experiences in a wide range of behavioral, quantitative, and basic science disciplines relevant to cancer prevention.
