Leading Students in Reflection
Reflection is an essential part of any co-curricular learning program. Through reflection, students enhance their awareness of their own development as well as their impact on others. By sharing their experiences, students improve their communication skills and better understand other points of view. Reflection can take many forms, including formal and informal writing, guided discussions, and creative work.
