Dr. Monica Lackups-Fuentes has over 9 years of experience primarily working in university counseling centers. She has experience providing both individual and group therapy. Her areas of interest include anxiety disorders, self-compassion, identity development, and providing gender affirming care for trans and non-binary individuals. Dr. Lackups-Fuentes practices from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy framework but utilizes interventions and techniques from various modalities to best meet her client’s needs.
