Campus Store
The UH Campus Store is your campus provider of required course textbooks, school supplies, Cougar Spirit merchandise and much more.

Copy, Print and Delivery Services
Copy, Print and Delivery Services provides on-campus centralization of specialists and equipment to assist the faculty, staff and students with high quality printing and mail processes at a competitive and/or reasonable price.

Cougar Card Services
The Cougar Card is a multi-purpose ID that integrates a number of functions for daily usage around our campus.

Cullen Performance Hall
The Cullen Performance Hall strives to attract local, national, and international artists and events to provide entertainment for the University of Houston and surrounding community while also providing an event space for university affiliates.

Environmental Health & Emergency Preparedness

  • Environmental Health and Safety
    Environmental Health & Safety's (EHS) efforts are directed at reducing and managing hazards at the university that pose risks to people and the environment. EHS accomplishes its mission by proactively promoting an empowering campus safety culture in various disciplines including biological safety, chemical safety, radiation safety, occupational safety, environmental protection, and environmental compliance.
  • Fire and Life Safety
    Fire and Life Safety is responsible for ensuring that all campus buildings and activities comply with fire and life safety codes. Responsibilities include conducting fire investigations, reviewing construction plans, inspecting new and existing campus buildings, issuing permits, and educating the campus community on fire safety. The food safety team conducts health inspections, issues permits, educates food service staff and students on safe food handling, and investigates foodborne illness complaints.
  • Office of Emergency Management 
    The Office of Emergency Management is primarily responsible for maintaining and enhancing the University’s emergency preparedness programs in order to prepare for, respond to, and recover from major emergencies and disasters.

  • Facilities Planning & Construction
    Facilities Planning & Construction is a sector of Facilities/Construction Management responsible for oversight of all renovations, additions, alterations and new construction for all of the University of Houston Campuses.
  • Facilities Services
    Facilities Services is a service-oriented sector of Facilities/Construction Management that is structured to efficiently manage the maintenance and operations of UH's facilities and grounds.

 

 

 

Parking & Transportation Services
Parking and Transportation Services operates the Cougar Line shuttle service, a free service for the UH campus, the Visitor Information Booths, a customer service counter in the Welcome Center Garage, all UH parking lots/garages and acts as a liaison for METRO.

Policies & Procedures
SAM - This system documents the administrative operating principles and related processes of University of Houston System functions.
MAPP - The authoritative source of university policy/procedure information for administrative processes.

Office of Emergency Management
The Office of Emergency Management (OEM), a unit within the UH Department of Campus Safety, is primarily responsible for maintaining and enhancing the University’s emergency preparedness programs in order to prepare for, respond to, and recover from major emergencies and disasters.

Risk Management
The Risk Management function manages the property and liability insurance program for all campuses in the University of Houston System. The department allocates insurance expenses to the appropriate campuses and departments for several of the insurance policies.

UH Dining Services  
UH Dining Services offers convenient dining locations on campus and a variety of service styles to meet your dining needs.

University Information Technology  
Information Technology is comprised of the Office of the Associate Vice President for Information Technology and Chief Information Officer, and three operational departments: Enterprise Systems, IT Security, and Technology Support Services.

UH Police Department  
The mission of the University of Houston Police Department is to proactively build and strengthen community partnerships and reduce both the unsafe perceptions and the opportunity to commit crime on campus through the delivery of high quality, efficient, and consistent services to all University of Houston students, faculty, staff and visitors in a professional manner.
