3+3 Undergraduate/Law Dual Degree Program

In fall 2015, the Honors College in partnership with the University of Houston Law Center and the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences is launching the 3+3 Program, an Undergraduate/Law Dual Degree Program. Housed in the Honors College, the 3+3 Program will allow a small group of exceptional students to begin law school their senior year, one year early.

Upon completion of the first year of law school, students will earn a degree in Liberal Studies, with a minor in Phronesis, the study of law, ethics and politics, and a second minor of your choice from CLASS.

The program will be kept small and offer mentoring, support, counseling, speakers, access to the Law School faculty and programs and LSAT prep. Final approval of the program is pending.

If you are an interested student, complete the interest form and you will be contacted later for additional information and a formal application. Please contact Professor Alison Leland for more information.
