  • Worked directly with senior management (CEO, CIO);
  • Trained sales team on computer software and other personnel on HTML;
  • Developed company web site and database programs for company use;
  • Investigated, analyzed, and integrated data for senior management; and
  • Presented proposals to senior management for approval and authorization.

  • Provided training to grant personnel on a range of programs (e.g., MS Office Suite); and
  • Supported computer hardware and software needs, including managing, updating and repairing.
