A few years back we visited Bourges
(France) while on vacation. Well, actually, we traveled throughout France,
but Bourges was the most fun. The cathedral, St. Etienne, is
located in the center of Bourges.  Located just outside Bourges is Sancerre, primarily a producer of Sauvignon Blanc grapes that generally yields a crisp and herbaceous wine. Wonderful!
