Join UHCOP alumni, faculty, students and friends in supporting UH Pharmacy education through scholarship awards to students at the 2022 UHCOP Golf Classic Friday, June 3, at the Golf Club of Houston in Humble, Texas.
Prizes are awarded to the 1st and 2nd place Low Gross and Low Net teams. In addition, individual prizes will be awarded for Closest to the Pin and Longest Drive. Players also have the opportunity to receive special prices for a Hole in One on designated holes.
What's included
The Fair Market Value (FMV) per player (Individual Entry or Each Slot on Team) is $180; the remainder is a tax-deductible gift. Each paid player registration includes a round of golf, range balls, lunch, non-alcoholic beverages (water, soda or sports drink only), and a keepsake.
Individual Entry and Sponsorships
The cost of each non-sponsor Individual Entry is $190 (FMV $180).
The following sponsorship levels (and the associated Fair Market Values) are available:
- Diamond Sponsor $5,000 (FMV $1,440) – 8 individual spots or 2 team foursomes; headline listing on signage
- Gold $2,500 (FMV $720) – 4 individual spots OR 1 team foursome; headline listing on signage/tees/greens
- Silver $1,000 (FMV $360) – 2 individual spots; 2 sponsored tees/greens; and listing on signage
- Red & White $500 (FMV $180) – 1 individual spot; 1 sponsored tee/green; and listing on signage
Those who cannot join us on June 3 or don't play golf can still support Pharm.D. students with a $150 Cougar sponsorship (FMV: $0).
Note: As a courtesy, players will be allowed 2 Mulligans, 1 'Grenade Toss' (throw ball by hand from undesired position) and 1 'Money Drive' (advance ball to predesignated area on course-designated hole) at no additional charge.
