Required to apply for OPT-X STEM Extension: Complete the Required ISSSO Presentation

1. Verify requirements and submission material needed by ISSSO within the PowerPoint Presentation.

      2. I-765 and G-1145 (These forms are only required to fill out if you are sending documents to USCIS by regular mail)
      3. Complete the I-983
         1. I-983 Instructions for how to fill out the form.
2. Submit the required documents through TerraDotta in pdf format.
3. Mail a $200 check or money order for your OPT-X alumni fee with the ISSSO Payment Coupon to ISSSO office. Payments by Credit Card, Check, Money Order, or Cash can be submitted to our office in-person (A friend can pay for you with a completed Payment Coupon).
4. Download your new I-20 from TerraDotta after ISSSO authorizes your recommendation for OPT STEM Extension.
5. File your application with USCIS online per instructions provided below.
