Request Classroom Equipment (On-Campus Use Only)
Classroom Equipment Terms of Use
- Equipment requests may only be made by faculty or staff.
- Registered Student Organizations requesting equipment for events must have their faculty/staff advisor request equipment on their behalf and all equipment must be returned the next business day.
- Requests are not guaranteed until confirmed by staff.
- Standard requests for equipment require a minimum of 24 hours advance for processing
- Requests for non-standard setups require at least 1 week advance notice. (examples: 3 or more microphones, multiple projectors)
- Equipment is delivered only on weekdays during regular business hours
- Equipment is to be used on site and may not be removed from campus.
