At approximately 11:00 AM this morning (Thursday 3/16/2023), a hardware failure disputed services to several IT systems, including Skype for Business and the UH Call Centers. The hardware problem has been resolved. Skype for Business and the UH Call Centers have their services back online. UIT System Administrators are continuing to restore network services. Faculty and Staff that have migrated to Microsoft Teams Telephony have not been impacted by the disruption.
