The AWS outage is resolving and the Respondus services are coming back online.

Respondus technical support reports AWS is reporting signs of recovery while actively working towards a complete restoration, although there isn't an ETA when the Respondus Browser issue will be corrected.

AWS is reporting they have identified the root cause of the outage and are actively working towards recovery. 
DisruptedAWS Outage Affecting Respondus Lockdown Browser

UiT support reported students experiencing issues with the Respondus Lockdown Browser. The AWS outage is affecting Respondus Monitor (webcam) and the LockDown Browser Dashboard. LockDown Browser exams delivered on Chromebook and iPad devices are affected by the outage (Windows and macOS are fine). StudyMate Campus is also affected.
