Calls are not being routed due to a Certification Certificate issue.

System Mater Experts are working to resolve the issue at this time.

There is no ETR for this issue.

Mitigation has been implemented to route calls directly to the services.
Calls are being answered.
There is no ETR for this issue.

Call are being routed to the appropriate call centers now.

Certification Certificates were re-installed on the call systems to implement the resolution.
