One of the four Skype front end servers that manages conference setup for Call Centers stopped responding at 10am . System administrators are looking into it. No ETA. Current impact is to 3-1000, 3-1010, 3-1411, 2-1097, 34948.

The final call center service has been restored, resolving this incident. Anywhere 365 services have been restored.

Continuing back end work on this issue has caused services to become disrupted for all UH call centers. In addition, some users will experience some phone disconnects and reconnects. System administrators are working on restoration at this time. There is currently no estimated time to repair. Current impact is to all call UH centers.

Beginning this morning around 10:00am,  several UH Call centers experienced disruptions of call center phone services. The problem impacted services for the following call center lines: 3-1000, 3-1010, 3-1411, 2-1097,  3-4948 and Skype customers may also have experienced short skype phone disconnects and reconnects during this time. The disruptions continued until services were restored at 2:30pm today. There was an additional disruption to all remaining UH Call Centers between 1:50 and 2:30pm.

All services are now available to customers and is expected to remain stable.
