ITAC is investigating multiple reports of latency for customers accessing some UH services. Specific services reported are MyUH and Campus Solutions.

A "blocking locks" condition was present for the Student Administration application. This condition caused latency for some customers while accessing above listed services during this time. The blocking locks have been cleared and service has returned to normal operation.
