If you don’t have the time or patience to make the call, you can now send a text to the Help Desk at 713-743-1411:

1. Notify University Information Technology (UIT) of the problem, include your location and our support staff will work with you to resolve your issue.
2. Or you can just text us the issue with the location and walk away.

It’s fast and convenient. Staff are online to work with you from 8 am to 8 pm, every day and are waiting for your message.
