I’m currently a junior majoring in Biology with a Creative Works minor. Although my goal is to pursue a career in medicine, I love literature and writing; this is what made my time in the Human Situation so memorable, and why I am so happy to continue being a part of it. Although challenging, this course is truly a unique experience and helps students to not only become better writers, but also to analyze, think critically, and understand texts at a deeper level; these are skills that students can carry with them over the years, and use in classes other than English.

Human Sit was hard work, but I learned a lot from both my successes and mistakes. I hope that I can use them to help future students improve their skills as readers and writers, and to get the most out of their experience in the class. Along with the other Fellows, I am here to provide students with one-on-one guidance in writing their papers, and to encourage discussion of new and thought-provoking ideas. I look forward to working with you all this year.

Whenever I get spare time, I like to spend it traveling, drawing, and - oddly enough - reading and writing.
