Every Spring and Fall, career fairs at Hilton College are hosted for our hospitality community of employers and industry professionals to network and engage with the next generation of hospitality talent. The Hilton College Career Fair is your organization’s opportunity to discover emerging hospitality leaders!

The hospitality community can expect access to motivated and career-ready talent prepared to make a difference in the industry through your organization. We encourage those recruiting for various positions including internships, part-time, full-time, entry-level, supervisory and management in training roles to attend the Hilton College Career Fair. This event is open to all undergraduates, graduates and alumni at Hilton College.
Senior Power Hour highlights our seniors, graduate students and alumni in the first hour of the career fair to feature talented students passionate about building careers in the hospitality industry. Most students attending Senior Power Hour will graduate in December 2025.
Join us on Thursday, Oct. 3 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Conrad Hilton Grand Ballroom at the Hilton University of Houston.
