We stand ready to welcome and serve our guests,” said General Manager Steve Cunningham. “Our team members have implemented new sanitation practices in our rooms, restaurant and public spaces to ensure our guests, as well as our Cougar family, are safe and secure when staying and dining with us.”

For hotel guests and UH faculty and staff who are back working on campus, Eric’s Restaurant is currently open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. for both dine-in and carry-out service.

“This is an unprecedented time for the hotel industry. We’re ready to be flexible with our food and beverage offerings and to serve our guests in a manner in which they feel safe, while also providing the level of individual care that each unique meeting or event requires,” said Hopkins. “Our function space is large enough that we can properly space guests to ensure safe social distancing.”
