Grace Kim brings 8 years of hospitality experience in various managerial roles in food service and operations. She conducts research focused on employee-centered issues and organizational behavior, including supervisor support, diversity and discrimination, leadership, and sexual harassment. Grace has been invited to present her research at academic conferences such as the Annual Graduate Education & Graduate Student Research Conference in Hospitality & Tourism, and the Global ESG Conference.
