Jessica Ngo oversees diplomatic protocol and cross-cultural exchanges and advises on international policy issues, outbound trade development missions, and consular and diplomatic activities for the City of Houston. She is a certified intercultural etiquette and protocol trainer. Jessica has traveled to 30 countries and is fluent in English and Vietnamese.
