GUIDES - Cultivate a growth mindset in students

This session in the GUIDES professional development series focuses on cultivating a growth mindset in students to enhance their academic and personal development. Through interactive activities and discussions, participants will explore the differences between fixed and growth mindsets, reflect on how their own mindset influences their advising approach, and learn strategies to support students with varying mindsets. The session will also examine how the way we give and receive feedback can impact students and ensure it fosters their growth and success.
