Vendor Resources
FPC projects come in various shapes and sizes providing many opportunities for vendors to be a part of the exciting things happening at UH. These opportunities include:
Contractor Opportunities: The larger construction projects are formally bid on by prime contractors. Sub-contractors are encouraged to reach out to the prime contractors awarded a project.
Job Order Contracts (JOC): FPC has three Job Order Contractors that perform work for the University on projects typically minor in nature. These contracts are typically two-three years in duration and prior to expiration a new solicitation will be issued for response from the vendor community.
Professional Services Opportunities: Larger and specialized projects are formally solicited, via a Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
Continuing Service Agreements (CSA): FPC has engaged various professional service providers to assist with the ongoing needs of the University. These contracts are typically two-three years in duration and prior to expiration a new solicitation will be issued for response from the vendor community.
