Parent Policy Agreement for Enrollment
New Family
To help new families with the transition to our Center we require participation in the following before the enrollment process is complete:
- New Family Orientation
- Review the Family Handbook
- Meet the teacher and tour the classroom
To complete this section of the enrollment renewal process, please complete and submit the Parent Policy Agreement below.
Renewing Family
Because UHCLC reviews and updates policies annually, we require participation in the following before the enrollment renewal process is complete:
- Review the Family Handbook
- Meet the teacher and tour the classroom (if your child is changing programs)
- Review the Program Guide for your child’s age.
- Review the Transition to Kindergarten Guide if your child is 4 years old and will be entering kindergarten.

Parent Policy Agreement
As a University of Houston Children's Learning Centers parent, I have completed Center Orientation and reviewed the UHCLC Family Handbook and Parent Policy Agreement.
