The CLASS Convocation is scheduled for 7 p.m. Thursday, May 14 at Hofheinz Pavilion. There has been an outstanding response to our Convocation. The original distribution of four guest tickets to graduates participating in the ceremony has been completed, as well as a second round of tickets. To accommodate the remaining demand for tickets, CLASS has opened up sections inside Hofheinz with obstructed views of the stage to provide additional seating in the pavilion.

To issue the remaining tickets, the College has started an online waiting list for extra tickets. Please fill out the form below and submit it no later than noon on Wednesday, May 13. We will contact you directly and do our best to fulfill as many ticket requests as possible. Ticket pickup will be at an on-campus location and instructions will be provided to you in a follow-up email.

Please note that all of the tickets will be general admission and that seating inside Hofheinz for ticket holders will be on a first come-first served basis. The doors of Hofheinz will open for the CLASS Convocation at 6 p.m. Plan to arrive early to sit in the best available seat. Include in your travel time estimations possible delays on Interstate 45, which has sections that are under construction.
