Each student is charged for one semester’s tuition and fees at the start of the semester. The student must clear all balances (or provide a valid letter of financial guarantee) by the payment deadline in order to avoid being dropped from the LCC. Student Health Insurance is mandatory for F & J visa holders ($1,123 for fall 2023). Student Health insurance is an option for non-F & J visa holders upon request at time of registration.

Other Fees
- LCC Application Fee: $100, non-refundable
- Late Registration Fee: $50 for each late registration
- Books and Supplies: Approximately $350 per semester

Upon receipt of a Refund Authorization Form signed by the student, the LCC will issue a refund according to the schedules below:

Frequently Asked Questions
How will I receive the refund?
- If you paid by credit card, the refund will apply to that card.
- If you paid by check, money order, or cashier's check, you will receive a refund via BankMobile. Follow email instructions from BankMobile to create an account. In your BankMobile account, set up direct deposit to a U.S. checking or savings account to receive the refund. Alternatively, you may select to receive a check.
May I keep the Student Health Insurance Plan?
It depends. To be eligible for the Plan, you must actively attend classes for at least the first 31 days after the date for which coverage is purchased.
