Learn about Dates and Costs

Each semester upon completion of online registration, a student will be charged one semester’s tuition and fees. The student must clear all balances or provide a valid letter of financial guarantee by the payment deadline in order to avoid being dropped from the LCC.   • Summer 2020

    Start and End Dates: May 12 - August 7 (13 weeks)
    Payment Deadline: June 5, 3:00 p.m.

Other Fees

  • LCC Application Fee: $100, non-refundable
  • Late Registration Fee: $50 for each late registration
  • Books and Supplies: Approximately $350 per semester

Refund

Upon receipt of a Refund Authorization Form signed by the student, the LCC will issue a refund according to the schedules below:

  • Refund of LCC Tuition and Fees

    • LCC Student Check-In Week: 100%
    • 1st week of classes: 75%
    • 2nd week of classes: 50%
    • 3rd week of classes and after: No refund
  • Refund of the Student Health Insurance Plan

    • Within 31 days of the LCC Check-In Day: 100%
    • After 31 days of the LCC Check-In Day: No refund

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How will I receive the refund?

    • If you paid by credit card, the refund will apply to that card.
    • If you paid by cash, check, money order, or cashier's check, you will receive a refund via BankMobile. Follow email instructions BankMobile to create an account. In your BankMobile account, set up direct deposit to U.S. checking or savings account to receive the refund. Alternatively, you may select to receive a check.
  • May I keep the Student Health Insurance Plan?

    It depends. To be eligible for the Plan, you must actively attend classes for at least the first 31 days after the date for which coverage is purchased.
