Each student is charged for one semester’s tuition and fees at the start of the semester. The student must clear all balances (or provide a valid letter of financial guarantee) by the payment deadline in order to avoid being dropped from the LCC. Other Fees
- LCC Application Fee: $100 (non-refundable, non-transferable)

Upon receipt of a Refund Authorization Form signed by the student, the LCC will issue a refund according to the schedules below:

Frequently Asked Questions
How will I receive the refund?
- If you paid by credit card or debit card, the refund will apply to that card.
- If you paid by cash, check, money order, or cashier's check, you will receive a refund via BankMobile. Follow email instructions from BankMobile to create an account. In your BankMobile account, set up direct deposit to a U.S. checking or savings account to receive the refund. Alternatively, you may select to receive a check.
May I keep the Student Health Insurance Plan?
It depends. To be eligible for the UH student health insurance plan, you must actively attend classes for at least the first 31 days after the date for which coverage is purchased.
